On September 25, 2019, the fifth skills competition of Beike Bio Shenzhen Cell Preparation Center was successfully held! The cell preparation and testing skills competition has always been a fine tradition of Beike Biotechnology. It aims to encourage new employees to improve their professional skills, establish an inheritance atmosphere of “teaching, helping and leading” in the preparation center, and form a work style of “compare, learn, catch up, help and surpass”.
The competition items set up in this competition all come from the work content of preparation, production and testing, including: cell packaging & transfer, cell collection, and Gram microscope identification. The contestants are from the cell preparation engineers of Beike Biotech Shenzhen Cell Preparation Center. They formed a professional group for PK competition. At the same time, colleagues from Beike Biotech’s President Office, Storage Division, Customer Service Department and Brand Center joined the experience group to experience these three projects.
The cell preparation engineers of the professional group won rounds of applause from the colleagues present with their superb skills, proficient operations and strict requirements for each step. The colleagues in the experience group experienced the operating procedures and specifications of preparation and testing with strong curiosity and a serious and modest spirit of learning. Those seemingly simple actions actually contain very strict standardization and standardization requirements at every step.
